Our vision is to share knowledge and love of organizing helps create the life you want using compassion, honesty, and objectivity, completely without judgment. We are inclusive, accessible, and exist to bring order to the world.
Our mission is to help you develop long-term patterns of organization that you can maintain and feel good about long after our work is done. We are passionate about bringing peace and order to every space we enter and sharing our knowledge with all.

Hi! I’m Mandy Thomas and my lifelong passion is creating order out of chaos.
I have been doing this work all my life.
As a child, I tidied friend's bedrooms during sleepovers and straightened teachers’ bookshelves in classrooms. I was a tidy roommate in college, and kept my early adulthood apartments well-stocked and prepared.
In 2020, I pursued my long-held dream to share my organizing passion with others.
Now RETHINK organization blends my organizational skills with my project management background along with my love for helping with people to bring you the professional digital, photo, and residential organizing services you need to live your best life.
During my corporate career in the energy industry, I worked in data and information management for many years. I was drawn to file storage and database software, and developed a passion for the orderliness and coordination of project management. I earned a masters degree in project management in 2014.
In 2018, I resigned from my full-time project management and sales career to take a part-time project management role at our church.
Disorganization can trigger anxiety and make bad situations worse. I believe managing your spaces, and attention can help you be more confident, peaceful, and joyful.
I keep a neat and orderly home - though I do live with other people! My Welsh husband, Ian, and our two children, Max and Madeleine, along with our two dogs, George and Millie, keep me honest while we reside in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
